Client Support Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee both inbound and outbound calls; conduct telemarketing calls to promote training courses sand services to existing corporate accounts
  • Ability to sell business products and acquire new customers; up-sell and cross-sell services to business customers
  • Follow-up customers' queries; handle customers' daily transactions (e.g. online transaction, corporate registration)
  • Provide telemarketing support for marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with various business units to achieve sales target and KPI
  • Building rapport and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Provide weekly sales forecast report to manager

Requirements for Client Support Managers:

  • Minimum Diploma holder with 1 – 2 years of business sales or sales related experience
  • Result-oriented with strong customer focus
  • Pleasant personality, strong initiative, responsible and positive
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and comfortable working with systems
  • Ability to work in high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
