Job Description:

Support the project management team in:
 

  • Preparation, supervision and running of internal/external training workshops
  • Assist with internal and external Learning Events (e.g. Learning Festivals for companies)
  • Liaise with Trainers and Vendors
  • Identify new programmes with project team and clients, and assist in sourcing for new vendors
  • Provide backend logistics and administrative support for training courses (including sales administration)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of Design Software (Eg: Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately
